Stag (seaweed Stornoway water biscuit with hebridean seaweed) 125g

Baked on the lsle of lavis, these traditional Stornoway water biscuits are flavoured with Hebridean seaweed harvested from local seawater lochs. The biscuits have been developed to evoke a taste of the sea and the judges thought this just right amount of salt. Thy also thought it would be a good carrier for cheese or pate.
