The rind is washed with local Marc de Bourgogne brandy, giving it an orange colour and a powerful taste. The paste has a mouth-watering, creamy texture.

How to enjoy:

Amu du Chambertin is best appreciated with a glass of Gevrey Chambertin or a Chassagne Montrachet – delicious wines that have a long finish and are very flavoursome.
